Experienced Agents
We operate on an annual calendar that begins on the day you join our company. All agents that transfer from another agency and can show previous annual sales of 3 million+ and recent sales activity are generally offered a 90/10 split. 100% of the full commission earned when you generate 5 million in successful sales. On your anniversary date you will return to the 90/10 split. Call our office to discuss what other compensation programs we provide.
There are no desk fees, membership fees or annual dues. Agents are required to pay MLS dues, E and O insurance, Board dues as well as purchase their own sign panels, business cards, lockboxes, sign installation costs and advertising.
The ideal candidate has the freedom to work from their home office with a computer, internet access, fax and printing ability.

New Agents
At ICON Realty Group we will place you on the road to success by introducing and devloping necessary skills as well as provide a proven action plan that will allow you to hit the ground running.
Newly licensed agents or agents new to the business will be offered a compensation plan of a 70/30 split and once you have sold 2-3 million with the guidance and assistance of the Broker, you will graduate to a 80/20 or 90/10 plan.
